About Emmy
I’m a friendly, compassionate and fun coach with a diverse professional background in project management in the charity and arts sectors, plus a side career in music and performing. I hold an MA in Voice Studies: Teaching and Coaching from the world-renowned programme at Royal Central School for Speech and Drama. I’ve coached hundreds of people in voice and communication techniques. I have a particular interest in presence, confidence, impact, and “being authentically you”. Clients describe me as empathetic, positive, and inclusive, with a keen eye for detail. I’d describe myself as your communication cheerleader; I’ll have your back, and be with you every step of the way!
I love working for a values-led company that puts kindness at the heart of what they do. My approach to coaching leans heavily on my personal interest in psychology and the body-mind connection, as well as the neuroscience of learning and habit building. Happily, this is the Serlin Method approach too!
